Zhengyuan Engineering Service and Construction Team

01Design

We develop an integrated prefabricated coal conveying trestle solution tailored to the site's geological conditions, load parameters, conveying process and plant operating conditions. The design includes complete structural calculations, construction drawings, connection details and an implementation plan. We consider coal conveying requirements, wind and seismic resistance, dust-tight enclosure and maintenance access to balance structural safety, construction efficiency and project cost. The solution undergoes multiple rounds of review and refinement. Site constraints, utility crossings and lifting clearances are assessed in advance to reduce risks during construction. Drawings are designed for factory prefabrication, connecting design and production seamlessly and providing a rigorous, reliable technical basis for component manufacture and on-site installation.

02Production

Factory-based modular prefabrication follows approved construction drawings and national steel structure standards. Main structural steel, connectors and enclosure panels are supplied with complete material certificates and inspection records. Production is controlled in stages, with processing milestones shared with customers in real time. Formed components undergo dimensional checks, weld testing, visual inspection and other checks. Qualified components receive uniform sandblasting, rust removal and anti-corrosion coating. Standardized production lines maintain consistent component precision. Before dispatch, components are numbered and protectively packaged. Quality is controlled from the source to maintain reliable delivery schedules and ensure prefabricated components meet on-site assembly requirements for coal conveying trestles.

03Transportation

We plan specialized oversized-load transportation around the dimensions, weight and shape of prefabricated coal conveying trestle components, dividing them into suitable shipping units. Before loading, steel edges and anti-corrosion coatings are wrapped and protected against impacts, scratches and paint damage. Dedicated fixtures secure the components against movement during transit. Shipment tracking provides customers with location updates and estimated arrival times throughout the journey. On arrival, we work with the customer to unpack and check component types, quantities and condition. If damage or missing components are found, an emergency response is initiated promptly to ensure prefabricated components reach the construction site safely and on time.

04Installation

Certified steel structure lifting and assembly teams carry out on-site construction. Before work begins, the team receives a technical briefing, verifies foundation conditions and prepares a dedicated lifting plan. Installation follows the required sequence, including column erection, truss lifting, module connection and enclosure installation. Elevation, alignment and other precision requirements are controlled throughout. Construction complies with plant safety rules and orderly site practices. After the trestle is fully assembled, commissioning and completion acceptance are carried out, and site personnel are briefed on operating requirements and safety essentials. The site is cleared before the completed prefabricated trestle is handed over ready for coal conveying operations.

05Operation & Maintenance

Each coal conveying trestle project receives a dedicated technical file containing drawings, component information and construction records for full-lifecycle traceability. A rapid-response operation and maintenance channel provides remote guidance or on-site inspection and repair by technical personnel. During the warranty period, structural or component failures not caused by human action are repaired, and components replaced, free of charge in accordance with the contract. After the warranty period, we continue to provide value-added services including structural safety inspections, anti-corrosion refurbishment, belt maintenance and component replacement. Regular follow-up visits and inspections identify potential issues in structures, seals and supports in advance, helping maintain safe, stable long-term operation.
